GALA in Peru

Mike Sheridan, Chair of the Andean Committee of the Greater Appalachian Llama and Alpaca Association, describes the trip taken to Peru April 1-10 2019. Twenty GALA members worked and lodged with The Llama Pack Project of Urubamba, Peru to share modern uses of llamas and learn about traditional uses from the llama farmers in the mountains of Quishuarani and the Cancha Cancha Community.
